Wie 2K Games verlauten lässt, wird sich Mafia II auf dem PC Steamworks zu Nutze machen. Valves Online-Unterbau ermöglicht u.a. das Erfassen von Spiel-Stats, DLC, automatische Patches sowie Achievements.

Bei Steam und anderen ausgewählten Download-Anbietern wird man übrigens eine Digital Deluxe Edition des Spiels ordern können. Die ist zehn Euro teurer als die Standard-Version und bietet:
