Mittlerweile steht die The Darkness II-Demo auch für Xbox Live -Silbermitglieder, das PlayStation Network und via Steam zum Download bereit. In Deutschland ist die Demo - bis auf Steam - allerdings nicht verfügbar, denn hierzulande wird von The Darkness II wohl eine "gewaltgeminderte Version" erscheinen.
