Tripwire Interactive hat angekündigt, dass sich der kooperative Horror-Shooter Killing Floor (ab 16,19€ bei kaufen) mittlerweile mehr als eine Million Mal für PC verkauft hat - knapp zweieinhalb Jahre nach der ursprünglichen Veröffentlichung. Die Entwickler als Independent Studio sind sehr stolz auf diesen Erfolg, schließlich würden selbst Großproduktionen auf dem PC diesen Meilenstein oft nicht erreichen. Passend zu dieser Erfolgsmeldung gibt es Killing Floor nun als Midweek Madness-Deal bei Steam .
Weitere Zahlen:
- 1,1 Mio. verkaufte Exemplare
- fast 2 Mio. verkaufte DLC-Pakete
- über 45 Mio. Stunden wurden bisher in Killing Floor verbracht
- 440 Mio. Zeds (Specimens) wurden alleine in den Achievements erledigt
- über 20.000 Zeds (Specimens) werden von den Spielern pro Stunde abgefertigt
- Hunderte von Custom Maps wurden von der Community erstellt
