Path of Exile - Über zwei Millionen registrierte Spieler

Seit dem Start der "Open Beta" am 23. Januar 2013 haben sich über zwei Millionen Spieler bei Path of Exile angemeldet . Grinding Gear Games ist überwältigt von der Resonanz auf das Action-Rollenspiel (Free-to-play): "We're really pleased with Path of Exile's reception. It blew our expectations out of the water and continues to grow every day", sagt Chris Wilson (Producer bei Grinding Gear Games). "The continued feedback and support from our fans has been great. We expect to add a lot of new content and features during the Open Beta period as we approach full release later this year."

Die Entwickler wollen im wöchentlichen Abstand neue Inhalte veröffentlichen, wie jüngst die neuen Skills "Incinerate" und "Cyclone" sowie mehrere einzigartige Gegenstände. Wenn alles nach Plan läuft, soll das Spiel im September 2013 die Beta-Phase verlassen.
