Star Citizen - 31 Mio. Dollar: Bergbau-Raumschiff freigeschaltet

Und auch die Marke von 31 Millionen Dollar hat das Crowdfunding-Phänomen Star Citizen mittlerweile überschritten. Damit wird der erste (von der Community gewählte) Schiffstyp eingebaut und zwar ein Bergbau-Raumschiff. Chris Roberts verspricht, dass man an Bord solch eines Vehikels mindestens so viel Spaß haben soll, wie als Pilot eines Bombers oder Jägers.

Bei 32 Mio. Dollar winkt ein Bergungsschiff und bei 33 Mio. Dollar soll ein Erkundungsraumschiff folgen. Letzteres hat sich bei der jüngsten Community-Wahl durchgesetzt.

Welcher Schiffstyp bei 34 Mio. Dollar hinzugefügt wird, darf die Community momentan entscheiden. Aktuell liegt das Schmuggler-Schiff in Führung, gefolgt vom "Information Runner".

Derzeit stehen dem Entwickler 31.524.850 Dollar zur Verfügung, weswegen es bis 32 Mio. Dollar nicht mehr lange dauern dürfte. Heute Abend (ab 20 Uhr) soll zudem ein vierstündiger Livestream stattfinden.
