E3 2014: Nominierungen für die Game Critics Awards

29 Publikationen, darunter Polygon, IGN, die Los Angeles Times, Wired sowie USA Today, haben sich auf die Kandidaten geeinigt, aus denen sie die besten Spiele der diesjährigen E3 wählen werden. Die Gewinner der Game Critics Awards werden am 1. Juli bekannt gegeben. Weil die Juroren während der Messe keinen Zugang zu einer spielbaren Version erhielten, wurden sowohl The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt als auch Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain und The Division nicht berücksichtigt.

Interessante Fakten: Evolve erhielt die meisten Nominierungen, während sich jeweils acht Spiele von Ubisoft, Warner Bros. und 2K im Rennen befinden. Mit 26 nominierten Spielen liegt die PlayStation 4 knapp vor der Xbox One mit 25 und dem PC mit 24 Titeln.
