D.I.C.E. Awards - 18. Ausgabe - Die nominierten Spiele stehen fest

Die Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences hat die Spiele bekanntgegeben , die für die D.I.C.E. Awards nominiert wurden. Die Auszeichnungen werden am 5. Februar 2015 in Las Vegas verliehen - am Ende vom D.I.C.E. Summit (Design, Innovate, Communicate, Entertain). Die von einigen Leuten gerne als "Oscars der Spielebranche" bezeichnete Auszeichnung wird zum 18. Mal vergeben.

Mittelerde: Mordors Schatten wurden in den meisten Kategorien nominiert und zwar neunmal - auch für den Preis "Spiel des Jahres". Ebenfalls für das "Spiel des Jahres" nominiert sind: Destiny, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Far Cry 4 und Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. Far Cry 4 wurde insgesamt für sieben Auszeichnungen nominiert, gefolgt von Destiny und Hearthstone mit jeweils sechs Nennungen und Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare sowie Monument Valley mit je fünf Nominierungen.

Die nominierten Spiele wurden von diversen "Expertengruppen" festgelegt. Fortan dürfen über 22.000 Mitglieder der Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences über die Gewinner entscheiden.
