Breaking Bad - Sony sichert sich die Markenrechte an einem Spiel zur Serie

Sony könnte an einem Spiel zur Serie "Breaking Bad" arbeiten , denn beim "Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market" bzw. beim europäischen Harmonisierungsamt für den Binnenmarkt (Marken, Muster und Modelle) ist ein Antrag auf Markenschutz bezüglich eines Spiels mit einem entsprechenden Titel aufgetaucht. Sony Pictures Television Inc. sicherte sich die Markenrechte in den Sprachen Englisch und Deutsch sowie in den Nizza-Marken-Klassifikationsbereichen 9, 28 und 41. In diesen drei Bereichen werden explizit Gaming-Services und Computerspiele-Software genannt. Sony hat sich zu dieser Meldung noch nicht geäußert.
