Allgemein: Vivendi: Ex-Mehrheitseigner von Activision Blizzard kauft sich bei Ubisoft und Gameloft ein

Wie der französische Medienkonzern Vivendi bekannt gibt , hat man größere Aktienpakete von Ubisoft und Gameloft erworben - beides Unternehmen aus dem Videospielsektor. Bei Ubisoft sei man mit 7,36 Millionen Aktien zu insgesamt 140,3 Millionen Euro (6,6 Prozent Firmenanteil), bei Gameloft mit 5,24 Millionen Aktien zu 19,7 Millionen Euro (6,2 Prozent Firmenanteil) eingestiegen. Bis zum Freikauf im Juli 2013 (wir berichteten) besaß Vivendi noch die Aktienmehrheit bei Activision Blizzard , wo man aktuell aber nur noch einen Anteil von 5,7 Prozent hält .
