Die Erweiterung beinhaltet zwei neue Kapitel, die in Ugdenbog und der Gefallenen Stadt von Malmouth angesiedelt sind. Darüber hinaus gibt es mit dem Inquisitor und Necromancer zwei weitere Klassen, mit denen gleichzeitig 60 neue Fähigkeiten ins Spiel Einzug halten.
