Valve Software hat das versprochene Remake von de_nuke für CounterStrike: Source veröffentlicht. Gleichzeitig haben die Entwickler einige Fehler und Unstimmigkeiten im Gameplay verändert (z.B. können Bomben nicht mehr an Spieler geheftet werden) sowie die CS-Bots verbessert. Sobald ihr Steam startet wird das Update automatisch runtergeladen.
